How do I coordinate my arrival for the Jade and Obsidian Packages?

For the Jade Package, participants should arrive on January 30th at 4 PM at Aurora Airport, Guatemala City, and meet inside the airport, to the left, at a small restaurant at 4 PM. For the Obsidian Package, the arrival date is February 3rd, and the meeting point is the same.

What options are available for those arriving earlier or later in Guatemala?

Travelers arriving earlier or later can choose between various options, including bus journeys, flights, or shuttles, depending on their preferences and the length of the journey.

How should travelers arriving in Belize make their way to the event location?

Travelers arriving in Belize can take a taxi or find the bus station to go to the Melchor Mencos Guatemalan border. From there, they’ll need to cross the border into Guatemala and take another shuttle to Playa Macanche.

What travel options are available for participants coming from Mexico?

Participants coming from Mexico can take an ADO bus ticket to Chetumal at the Mexican border, and from there, they’ll need to cross the border into Belize and find a bus to Melchor Mencos, a border town in Guatemala. Then, they can take another bus or taxi to Playa Macanche. ADO Mexican bus tickets can be purchased online.
